Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the weight-loss medications on the services page. Hormone replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy are listed under their own headings. They are not add-on names for a GLP-1 prescription, and the city pages tell out-of-town patients to name the visit they want so the appointment is the right length.
Hormone replacement therapy
The services page describes bioidentical HRT for women in perimenopause or menopause, or with hormonal imbalance symptoms. The clinic’s wording is that hormonal imbalance can make weight loss harder and can leave people fatigued and foggy, and that the program is meant to support energy, mood, sleep, and body composition. That is a separate goal from a GLP-1 prescription.

Testosterone replacement therapy
TRT is its own section. Protocols listed are injections, pellets, or topical treatment, chosen for the person, not assigned on this page.

How to ask for the right appointment
Say “weight loss,” “HRT,” or “TRT” when you book a free consultation or call. A free phone consultation can sort out which evaluation you need. It does not start you on a medication by itself. The FAQ is where candidacy for medical weight loss is spelled out; hormone candidacy is decided from labs and history, not from a blog post.
