The FAQ answers “Is the consultation really free?” with yes. The initial consultation with the clinical team is free so you can tell whether the therapies are a fit before any commitment. The contact page says the same thing in plainer language: no commitment, no pressure, an honest conversation about whether any of the therapy options are right for you.
What that first conversation covers
On the services page, step one is a free phone consultation. You speak with the clinical team, review your health history and goals, and sort out whether medical weight loss or hormone therapy is the right path. That is the scope published for the free call. It is not described as a physical exam, a lab draw, or a medication shipment.

What it does not replace
If a program is appropriate, the service pages describe a later, separate plan: dosing, medication supply, check-ins, and, for hormone programs, lab work. Those pieces belong to the program you and the clinician agree on. They are not listed as part of the free phone call.
The contact form is for scheduling and questions. A note on that page asks you not to include sensitive health information there. The history is collected privately during the consultation. The clinic says a team member replies within one business day.
