What the exam includes
The services page says a licensed clinician does a full physical examination and completes the school or sports clearance forms. The published list also includes vision screening and a review of immunization records. The page says the exam is for students of all ages who need school enrollment or athletic clearance.

Where you are seen
There is no school-physical desk in another city. The visit is at 1307 19th Pl, Vero Beach, FL 32960, the same address as the rest of the clinic. Families coming from Sebastian or Port St. Lucie use those city pages for distance and hours, then come to Vero Beach.
